A property usually sells quicker and at a higher figure if initially priced correctly, than if it is marketed at a higher figure and later reduced. Woodlands Estate Agents was formed in 1991 by Steve Muggridge and David Jeffrey. The services we offer our clients include Estate Agency, Lettings, Land and New Homes, as well as being able to refer people to our chosen Independent Mortgage Advisors, who can offer mortgages and other financial products.

Run by Directors, Steve Muggridge and David Norris, alongside Assistant Manager/Valuer, Mike Lovell and Sales Consultant, Steve Frank, with weekend assistance from Angela McCullough and Sasha Stewart, and secretarial support provided by Liz Young.

Residential Sales Horsham

Run by Directors, David Jeffrey and Simon Ley, alongside Senior Sales Consultant Iain Campbell, Sales Consultants Sam King and Claire Perry, and secretarial support from Lynda Downes.

Lettings Teams

Our Lettings team was created by Pat Bridges. In Redhill Sam Arnold, Chris Roadknight and Karen Loy are available to assist with all your letting requirements. In our Horsham Branch you will find Carolyn Horner-Hill. Each have a wealth of experience, knowledge and will be happy to help.

They are supported by our excellent Property Management team made up of Katie Meyer and Sam Knight. Katie looks after the rents and other accounting queries as well as helping you with any maintenance queries. Sam has many years’ experience as a Property Manager and is also our general Office Manager.

Adding additional support to both teams is Barry Wilton, our Inventory and Legionnaire specialist, Trudi Campbell who carries out our Property Inspections alongside Samantha Coventry and Sam Franks offering part time support. 

The team is overseen by the Lettings Director Tom Cosens.
