The services we offer our clients include Estate Agency, Lettings, Land and New Homes, as well as being able to refer people to our chosen Independent Mortgage Advisors, who can offer mortgages and other financial products.

Run by Directors Steve Muggridge, and David Norris, alongside Assistant Manager/Valuer, Mike Lovell and Sales Consultant, Steve Frank, with weekend assistance from Brenda Reilly and Silvia Nunez, and secretarial support provided by Liz Young.

Residential Sales Horsham

Run by Director David Jeffrey, and supported by Branch Manager/Valuer Simon Ley, Senior Sales Negotiators Lauren Woods and Iain Campbelland, part-time Sales Consultants Veronique Leake, Emma Rodwell & Jackie Hutchinson and secretarial support from Lynda Downes.

Lettings Teams

The lettings division is run by Directors Pat Bridges and Tom Cosens, who are based at Redhill together with Lettings Negotiator, Sam Arnold with weekend assistance from Trudi Campbell and Samantha Coventry.

At Horsham, we have Carolyn Horner-Hill, with weekend help from Wendy Sikova, along with Property Assessor, Karen Loy.

Carrying out Property Management, are Property Managers, Katie Meyer and Sam Knight, along with Property Assessor, Barry Wilton.
